Reach Out is 91Ï㽶app's confidential reporting tool designed to help students share concerns about issues that may be affecting them, whether they are related to school or life outside of school. This system allows students to report anything that is troubling them in a safe, anonymous way, ensuring that they get the support they need.

How It Works:

  • Submit a Concern: To report an issue, simply click the button provided on our reporting page. This allows you to quickly and easily share your worries or concerns.
  • Anonymity: Although the system is confidential, in some cases, we may ask for some personal details, including your name. This helps us address your concern effectively and ensure the right support is provided.
  • Secure and Private: Your report will be sent directly to a designated inbox, which is monitored daily by our team of specially trained Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs). These professionals are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Daily Review: The inbox is checked once per day, so while it might not be an instant response, your concern will be reviewed promptly, and action will be taken as soon as possible.
  • Follow-Up: If necessary, one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads may contact you to discuss the matter further. This enables us to offer the appropriate help and support, ensuring the issue is handled effectively.

At 91Ï㽶app, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students. Reach Out is just one way we ensure that students have the opportunity to raise concerns without fear, knowing that there are dedicated professionals ready to help them.
